The first Manga Memoirs anthology is here! But we’re still looking for amusing anecdotes, family histories, brilliant bios or any non-fictional story that celebrates the Japanese — Canadian experience for the the next round of Manga Memoirs! Share your story, we want to hear it…if the community likes it, you’ll see if come to life as a professionally illustrated manga.

Production of the 8 stories of Japanese/Canadian cross cultural experiences, chosen by your input and the expert advisory board, has been completed.
The stories range in tone, style and emotion, providing fascinating insight into those moments where cultures intersect with one another, be they a significant shared experience or brief moments that alter our perception.
Thank you to all those who submitted and rated stories! Maybe the stories will inspire you to share your memoir for the next anthology. The first Manga anthology is here, read it now!
